If you read the chat within 30 seconds, there will be no notification at\u00a0all.<\/p>\n<p>If you click on &#8220;Start chatting here&#8221; button on your phone, push notifications will appear immediately with no delay.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-289\" src=\"https:\/\/chatra.io\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/123-1.png\" alt=\"123-1\" width=\"280\" height=\"502\" srcset=\"https:\/\/chatra.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/123-1.png 280w, https:\/\/chatra.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/123-1-167x300.png 167w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 280px) 100vw, 280px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Repeat push notification<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If you don&#8217;t answer a chat request, it will appear in the queue for all agents online and all of them will receive push notifications. If the chat was assigned to a particular agent, this agent will receive a second push with a text symbol [R] (repeat):<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-290\" src=\"https:\/\/chatra.io\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/123-2.png\" alt=\"123-2\" width=\"283\" height=\"504\" srcset=\"https:\/\/chatra.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/123-2.png 290w, https:\/\/chatra.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/123-2-169x300.png 169w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 283px) 100vw, 283px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Auto-offline<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If you don&#8217;t open the application within 3 minutes after a new chat request comes, the system will automatically set you offline and send you a notification:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-291\" src=\"https:\/\/chatra.io\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/123-4.png\" alt=\"123-4\" width=\"287\" height=\"514\" srcset=\"https:\/\/chatra.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/123-4.png 287w, https:\/\/chatra.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/123-4-168x300.png 168w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 287px) 100vw, 287px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can change the time or turn this feature off completely in your <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/app.chatra.io\/settings\/account\" target=\"_blank\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Account<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> tab. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">To stay online you just need to open the application. It&#8217;s not necessary to read chats or reply.
