You can now receive notifications each time a new visitor lands on your website, so there\u2019s no need to keep an eye on the list all the time. You can enable this option in the \u201c<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/app.chatra.io\/visitors\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Visitors online<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d list (at the bottom of the page), and also select a different notification sound.<\/span><br \/>\n<img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-315\" src=\"https:\/\/chatra.io\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/1.en_.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"476\" height=\"176\" srcset=\"https:\/\/chatra.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/1.en_.png 476w, https:\/\/chatra.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/1.en_-300x111.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 476px) 100vw, 476px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2. We now have our own emoji picker in Chatra. Agents can see and use the whole list of emojis, and visitors can choose from 21 most popular ones. Please note that our emoji picker is not available on mobile devices (but you can still use emojis available in your mobile keyboard)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-316\" src=\"https:\/\/chatra.io\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/2.en_.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"330\" height=\"190\" srcset=\"https:\/\/chatra.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/2.en_.png 330w, https:\/\/chatra.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/2.en_-300x173.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 330px) 100vw, 330px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">3. It\u2019s now possible to automatically forward chat transcripts to your customers. If you enable this option in the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/app.chatra.io\/settings\/general\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">settings<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, each customer will receive a full conversation transcript to their email address once the conversation is over.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-317\" src=\"https:\/\/chatra.io\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/3.en_.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"514\" height=\"139\" srcset=\"https:\/\/chatra.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/3.en_.png 514w, https:\/\/chatra.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/04\/3.en_-300x81.png 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 514px) 100vw, 514px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">4.
