There are some new features and improvements in\u00a0Chatra\u00a0we want to tell you about.<\/p>\n

We released a\u00a0Reports<\/a><\/strong> feature\u00a0back in July, tweaked it recently and are now ready to present it. We collect chat stats \u2014 to be more specific, we show you how your agents were rated by visitors, how many chats with how many visitors you had during a certain period of time, and average response time. Data can be analyzed in a chart view, so you can easily track your\u00a0team\u2019s performance.<\/p>\n

You can view data per particular agent or group of agents.<\/p>\n

Desktop notifications were improved<\/strong>. You can now have an incoming chat notification sound repeat itself until you reply. Just check \u201cRepeat sound for new incoming chats\u201d option in the Notifications<\/a> tab. If you receive a new message in ongoing chats, sound won\u2019t be repeated.<\/p>\n

And last but not least, it\u2019s now possible to disable notifications<\/strong> at the beginning and the end of your operating hours. You will find this option in Account<\/a> tab of your agent dashboard in Chatra.<\/p>\n

Important announcement<\/strong>: we are going to increase the size of a round chat button this friday to attract more attention to it and increase the number of conversations. If you wish to stick to the current size, add this code before the main Chatra code on your website:<\/p>\n
