As a part of the preparations, we have slightly revamped the agent dashboard.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-457\" src=\"https:\/\/chatra.io\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/dashboard.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"360\" height=\"450\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We have redesigned the conversation queue and got rid of the \u201cMissed\u201d and \u201cBanned\u201d tabs: the old names didn\u2019t reflect well the way the queue worked. Instead, the conversations are now grouped into 3 tabs:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cMy\u201d \u2013 contains conversations that you are currently participating in<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cNew\u201d \u2013 contains all unanswered conversations<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cAll\u201d \u2013 the full list of conversations in your account, including the banned ones (they\u2019re now greyed out and blurred)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The list of conversations looks more informative too: in addition to a slight facelift that includes new fonts, colors, and icons, we have also added avatars of agents who joined the conversations, as well as the geographical location of your visitors.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-large wp-image-458\" src=\"https:\/\/chatra.io\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/list-1024x813.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"813\" srcset=\"https:\/\/chatra.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/list-1024x813.png 1024w, https:\/\/chatra.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/list-300x238.png 300w, https:\/\/chatra.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/list-768x610.png 768w, https:\/\/chatra.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/list.png 1658w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We believe this streamlined layout is a lot more intuitive and capable of making your work easier.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Chatra Books<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The last couple of months we have been secretly working on drafting and e-publishing Chatra customer support books and, finally, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/chatra.io\/books\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">the first one is ready<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-459\" src=\"https:\/\/chatra.io\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/books.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"1000\" height=\"900\" srcset=\"https:\/\/chatra.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/books.png 1000w, https:\/\/chatra.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/books-300x270.png 300w, https:\/\/chatra.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/06\/books-768x691.png 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1000px) 100vw, 1000px\" \/><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Customer support has always been at the core of everything we do at Chatra. It started in 2012 with our first, <\/span><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">e-commerce<\/span><\/em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> company, and since then we have been supporting, assisting and helping our customers solve their problems in many different ways.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Years of experience really helped shape our approach to customer service, and we\u2019re glad to share these ideas, tips, and tricks with you. Read our books!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can already read our first one, an \u00a0\u201cUltimate Guide to Customer Loyalty\u201d, and over the course of the next few months, we\u2019ll be releasing more books and improving the existing ones until we cover all the different aspects of customer care.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Other small changes<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">A lot of you have been asking for the ability to copy and paste images from the clipboard \u2013 ask and you shall receive!
