It\u2019s not ready yet, but today we\u2019re releasing a feature that brings us closer to this goal:<\/span><!--more--><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Email Replies<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Whenever a visitor replies to your message forwarded to their email from Chatra, their reply now goes right back into Chatra. No need to use other tools anymore, see and manage the whole conversation in one place.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We use it daily now and believe us, that\u2019s super convenient. There\u2019s more!<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Edit and Delete Messages in Mobile Apps<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This one is long due. You can now edit and delete messages in Chatra mobile apps.
