Since a lot of people are forced to work remotely now, we wanted to make team communication easier and launched\u00a0<strong>team chat<\/strong>. It can be accessed from the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/app.chatra.io\/chat\/box:myteam\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Team chat<\/a>\u00a0tab in the Chatra dashboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/marketing-image-production.s3.amazonaws.com\/uploads\/60ebf4b78214582493ee8ad23bb7e1952a29d0b6e2e311c152c88fb8a812d9637e46ba8ea7b2349ece99d1e46372e81606a7563e08a28e65b0e10f490465a25c.png\" alt=\"teamchat.png\" width=\"800\">\n\n\n\n<p>By default, there are two channels: #General and #Random, where all agents are added automatically. Agents can join or leave channels and mute notifications from certain channels, and Admins can create new channels and manage the existing ones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Both new features are available in the paid plan only.
