You can enable this option in the&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/app.chatra.io\/settings\/preferences\" target=\"_blank\">Preferences<\/a>&nbsp;section, and all agents in your account (including yourself) will be asked to enter a verification code when they log in.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Internal notes<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Now agents can add internal notes in conversations. To add a note, click on the lock icon in the text input field, type your note, and send it as a regular message. The note will be highlighted in yellow in the conversation history and will be visible to&nbsp;<strong>agents only<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/marketing-image-production.s3.amazonaws.com\/uploads\/38666e3c7befc2d2d3bd648d1da13027f3e88a49b45d7a3fdfeaad8542a21ab6adcc1bd0cef7a028138d0160405037a27d05c83518ea9645ccf0da9017cd6ec1.gif\" width=\"500\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also switch to the note mode by pressing Ctrl + . (on Windows) or \u2318 + . (on Mac).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Separate notifications for chats and emails<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can now disable notifications about emails or use a different sound for them. This way, you can easily distinguish between online chats that usually require immediate attention and emails that can wait for a bit, especially when you are away from your desktop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To customize your notifications, go to our updated&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/app.chatra.io\/settings\/notifications\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Notifications<\/a>&nbsp;section:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/marketing-image-production.s3.amazonaws.com\/uploads\/372a6875a88082b213399cdab57146f3dbf9e701fa4346bb876a43371d043ae74d9ccfb6d2d1e11c3f9b12c5216dfbb95ff1a3c18d434f85a76250ab7f1605a7.gif\" width=\"500\"><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>That&#8217;s all for today, but we have more updates planned for this summer.
