We like to keep things simple for you, our customers, and decided to make an interface update.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Enter the new Chatra dashboard<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Until now, chats and emails all appeared in the same queue. Now, you can choose if you want to handle chats together with emails or separately. Note that Facebook messages go to the &#8220;chats&#8221; tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/sendy.chatra.com\/uploads\/1608727926.png\" width=\"640\">\n\n\n\n<p>If you haven&#8217;t connected your mailbox to Chatra yet, consider&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/app.chatra.io\/settings\/integrations\/email\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">doing it now<\/a>&nbsp;to enjoy the new experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We also moved the&#8221;My&#8221;, &#8220;New&#8221;, and &#8220;All&#8221; tabs to the top of the conversations list, so you can now switch between them in just one click.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/sendy.chatra.com\/uploads\/1608727956.gif\" width=\"400\">\n\n\n\n<p>Most of the settings are now hidden behind the &#8220;Settings&#8221; menu to keep you focused on what matters, i.e., conversations with your customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Updated automatic triggers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Since we launched the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/chatra.com\/help\/#bot\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">chatbot<\/a>, we received a lot of feedback from our customers. One of the most popular requests is launching the chatbot scenario only after a visitor opens the chat window.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This option is now available: just add a\u00a0<em>Chatbox state<\/em>\u00a0condition in your trigger settings and set it to\u00a0<em>Opened<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/sendy.chatra.com\/uploads\/1608727982.png\" width=\"640\">\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Minor updates<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We were also working on fixing bugs and making some minor changes to our app to ensure Chatra works seamlessly both for you and the website visitors. Here are a few things that we did:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>Mobile visitors can now close the chat window by pressing the back button on their phone.<\/li><li>If you email a customer by mistake or notice a typo only after you click &#8220;Send,&#8221; you have 10 seconds to un-send it by pressing the&nbsp;<em>Undo<\/em>&nbsp;button.<\/li><li><a href=\"https:\/\/chatra.com\/help\/cms\/squarespace\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">SquareSpace<\/a>&nbsp;users can now see the shopping cart contents of their customers.<\/li><li>If your customer has a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/en.gravatar.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Gravatar<\/a>, their photo will be automatically shown in Chatra. You&#8217;ll also see avatars of customers who message you via&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/app.chatra.io\/settings\/integrations\/facebook\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Facebook messenger<\/a>.<\/li><li>You can now download&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/app.chatra.io\/reports\/satisfaction\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">reports<\/a>&nbsp;into a CSV file.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A big thanks goes to everyone who reports bugs and provides feedback.
