How to let your customers chat with you via WhatsApp<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
When you sign up for a free <\/em>WhatsApp Business app<\/a>, it generates a short link that allows your customers to chat with you. Here\u2019s how you can use it in Chatra:<\/p>\n\n\n\n When using this code, make sure there is no space between the ] and ( symbols, or it will not be converted into a hyperlink.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n For example, you can add the link in the chat widget texts<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n Or you can include the link in the chatbot scenario<\/a>: <\/p>\n\n\n\n This code can be used in all the widget texts: you can use it in automatic triggers<\/a>, contact form bot texts<\/a>, and regular messages. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Please note that this will not deliver WhatsApp messages to Chatra.
