Since our last newsletter, we&#8217;ve made some minor updates as well:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;&nbsp;<strong>The hints below the text input field are now clickable<\/strong>, and the code for the corresponding text formatting action will be added to your message automatically. The first click adds the code, the second click removes it. You can also use standard keyboard shortcuts in messages, like Ctrl+B (Cmd+B) for bold text or Ctrl+I (Cmd+I) for italics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/sendy.chatra.com\/uploads\/1626960373.gif\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;&nbsp;<strong>Our&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/chatra.com\/help\/#bot\" target=\"_blank\">chatbot<\/a>&nbsp;can now recognize typed messages<\/strong>. If a visitor types a message that matches one of the reply options in the chatbot scenario, the scenario will be continued. Punctuation marks and letter cases will be ignored.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/sendy.chatra.com\/uploads\/1626939729.gif\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;&nbsp;<strong>You can now see the local time of visitors in the visitor information panel<\/strong>, so you can wish your customers a good morning or a good evening with confidence \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;&nbsp;<strong>Our agent dashboard is now available in more languages<\/strong>: we&#8217;ve added Portuguese, Spanish, and French versions. You can select the language in the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/app.chatra.io\/settings\/account\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Account tab<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;&nbsp;<strong>We&#8217;ve developed a&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bigcommerce.com\/apps\/chatra-live-chat-cart-saver\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">BigCommerce app<\/a><\/strong>&nbsp;that makes the installation easier and allows you to see the shopping cart contents of visitors you are chatting with.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;&nbsp;<strong>You can now hide agents from the welcome screen in the chat window<\/strong>. You&#8217;ll find the corresponding setting in the&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/app.chatra.io\/settings\/account\" target=\"_blank\">Account<\/a>&nbsp;tab for yourself and in the&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/app.chatra.io\/settings\/agents\" target=\"_blank\">Agents<\/a>&nbsp;tab for your agents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/sendy.chatra.com\/uploads\/1626960523.gif\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>&#8211;&nbsp;<strong>It&#8217;s possible to disable notifications about certain visitors<\/strong>&nbsp;(for example, yourself or your colleagues) in the&nbsp;<a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/app.chatra.io\/visitors\" target=\"_blank\">Visitors online<\/a>&nbsp;tab. Simply click on the eye icon to ignore a visitor.<br><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/sendy.chatra.com\/uploads\/1626939915.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>That&#8217;s all the news we have for now.
