Front integration allows you to chat with your website visitors directly from Front, view and edit visitor’s name, email, phone, add notes and view additional info such as their location, browser, OS, IP address.
You need to have both Front and Chatra accounts to use it.
To set up the integration:
Open Front integration page in Chatra dashboard (log in to Chatra or sign up if needed).
Follow 3 simple steps on the integration page.
Enjoy! Now as soon as a customer contacts you through Chatra you will receive a conversation in Front. To view and edit customer’s info select Chatra plugin in the info panel on the right side of a conversation.
