There were no updates for quite a while — all because we are working on a big release that will allow you to bring all your customer communication in Chatra — no matter if they contacted you via chat or email! It’s not ready yet, but today we’re releasing a feature that brings us closer to this goal:
Email Replies
Whenever a visitor replies to your message forwarded to their email from Chatra, their reply now goes right back into Chatra. No need to use other tools anymore, see and manage the whole conversation in one place.
We use it daily now and believe us, that’s super convenient. Check it out for yourself!
But that’s not the only update we have. There’s more!
Edit and Delete Messages in Mobile Apps
This one is long due. You can now edit and delete messages in Chatra mobile apps. Just tap on the message:
Reply to Messages and Add Quotes
If you want to quote a message from the conversation, click on the cogwheel icon (or tap on the message, if you are using a mobile app) and choose “Reply”.
And if you want to quote something manually, simply add a > symbol before the quoted line:
