After releasing Yeps! (a simple, beautiful bar you can use to promote offers, inform your visitors that you ship to their location, and many more), we are back to working full steam ahead on making Chatra better for your customers and you.

Relationships start with a first impression, so we redesigned the chat widget to reflect modern aesthetics.

If you prefer a less minimalist look, check “Color the chat header” in the “Set up & Customize” section.

 

Targeted-auto messages (and the ones you send manually through the real time visitor list) now only take up the screen space required to get the job done. We firmly believe that messaging people proactively is the key to increasing sales, so don’t miss on that one.

Mobile traffic accounts today for over half of the visits. It’s super important to target mobile visitors with proactive messages, without obstructing their view of your website. We managed to achieve just that:

Besides that, you can now change the text of the mobile button. You asked, we heard!

That’s it for the current update, but the next one is coming: we are building a Facebook integration so you’ll be able to support customers who message your business page, right from the Chatra dashboard. Spring is going to be exciting!
