It’s this time of the year again, but it’s warm here in Chatra. That’s because we work a lot!
Look what updates we made:
Invisible mode
The status switch climbed up to the top of the left menu, and paid users can now become Invisible:
When “invisible”, you won’t receive new chats or send pro-active (targeted) chats to visitors. Chatra will, of course, notify you once you are added to the conversation by another agent.
Use the “invisible” mode to be accessible while focusing on other tasks, or switch it on at the end of the workday to complete the ongoing chats without receiving the new ones.
Invite your CEO, founders, managers, sales and engineers to join your Chatra team and provide the fullest support possible. The invisible mode allows them to be available for an important conversation without spending time on regular chats and being distracted by notifications.
If you want to help and receive notifications if other agent delays in responding, put a checkmark in the settings:

Deleting Chats
Now you can delete chats you don’t need by pressing the “Delete Chat” button in the right panel:
Ecwid integration
Chatra now fully integrates with Ecwid, a free e-commerce platform. Ecwid integration has two main advantages:
- Easy installation. No need to spend your time on editing the website code, just use our Ecwid app.
- Additional visitor information. See the shopping cart content and delivery address in the right panel and know who you’re chatting with.
If you were planning to create a new online store, it might be a nice opportunity to give Ecwid a try.
