There are some new features and improvements in Chatra we want to tell you about.
We released a Reports feature back in July, tweaked it recently and are now ready to present it. We collect chat stats — to be more specific, we show you how your agents were rated by visitors, how many chats with how many visitors you had during a certain period of time, and average response time. Data can be analyzed in a chart view, so you can easily track your team’s performance.
You can view data per particular agent or group of agents.
Desktop notifications were improved. You can now have an incoming chat notification sound repeat itself until you reply. Just check “Repeat sound for new incoming chats” option in the Notifications tab. If you receive a new message in ongoing chats, sound won’t be repeated.
And last but not least, it’s now possible to disable notifications at the beginning and the end of your operating hours. You will find this option in Account tab of your agent dashboard in Chatra.
Important announcement: we are going to increase the size of a round chat button this friday to attract more attention to it and increase the number of conversations. If you wish to stick to the current size, add this code before the main Chatra code on your website:
