Will Chatra stop working?
No, Chatra will keep working as an independent app. We will continue to support it across the same languages it currently is supported in, and ensure it functions properly. However, we will not be releasing any new features in Chatra. They will be released in Brevo Conversations only.
Will I have to contact Brevo if I need help with using Chatra?
No, our support team will still be answering all your questions about Chatra in the chat and per email, as usual. When you move into Brevo, you’ll have access to their robust customer support.
If I switch to Brevo, can I transfer my conversations and settings?
Unfortunately, it is not possible for now. However, Brevo is incredibly easy to use, and chat setup takes less than 10 minutes.
How much does Brevo cost?
Brevo’s chat tools (called Conversations) are less expensive than Chatra. Join the Pro plan for only 13€/month instead of 23€/month.
What languages does Brevo support?
Brevo supports English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and German, both in the user interface and in customer support.
