Slack integration

Slack integration allows you to get incoming chat notifications & chat transcripts in your favorite Slack channels. Follow these simple steps to setup the integration:

1. Open Slack integration settings in Chatra dashboard (log into Chatra or sign up if needed).
2. Choose the type of notifications you want to setup and click the corresponding Add to Slack button. You will be redirected to Slack.
3. Choose the team and the channel you want to recieve notifications in and click Authorize. You will be redirected back to Chatra.

4. Done! You will now receive notifications of the chosen type in your Slack channel:

   

Uncheck Show visitor information box if you don’t want to receive detailed visitor information with every notification.

Click Edit in Slack to view and edit Chatra integration settings in Slack.
