If you already have an account, follow these simple steps:
Structure → Blocks section.
Add blocks.
Block title empty. Enter “Chatra” into Block description.
Block body.
Full HTML in Text format section.
Save block button in the bottom of the page.
Chatra item in the table, choose Footer in drop-out menu on the right.
