Chatra allows you to chat with your visitors, view the list of visitors who are currently online on your website and start a conversation manually or via configurable automatic targeted messages.
Chatra Bot collects contact information when you are offline or unavailable to chat, so that you can get back to customers even if they left your site.
To add the chat widget to your website, sign up with Chatra:

If you already have an account, follow these simple steps:
Open up Wix site editor.
In the top panel, choose Add → Apps. Scroll down and choose HTML Embed at the bottom.
Select what page you want to add Chatra to and press Add to Page.
It will place a new block above the footer on your website. You can adjust its height and design if necessary. Next, click Edit.
Press the Settings button next to the HTML field.
Open your Chatra account in a new tab and copy the widget code from the Chat Widget tab.
Return to Wix and paste the code into the Paste your code field.
Wait for a bit, and you'll see the chat button in the block. Adjust the width and height of the block to your preferred size using the sliders on the left. Note that the height of the block should be enough to fit the expanded chat window.
Press the Preview button in the top right corner of the screen to see the preview of the chat window on your website, and press the Publish button when you are done.
