Chatra allows you to chat with your visitors, view the list of visitors who are currently online on your website and start a conversation manually or via configurable automatic targeted messages.
Chatra Bot collects contact information when you are offline or unavailable to chat, so that you can get back to customers even if they left your site.
To add the chat widget to your website, sign up with Chatra:

If you already have an account, follow these simple steps:
Open up Wix site editor.
In the left panel, choose Add → More → HTML Code:
Click Edit Code in the tools of a newly created block, choose Code in the opened window, copy your widget code from the Chatra dashboard and paste it into the field below:
Rigth click on the block, choose Pin to Screen:
Choose location on the screen (one of the bottom options). You can also tweak the horizontal offset to set the widget’s position more precisely:
Change the size of the block so that expanded chat widget would fit into it:
If you want the widget to show up on all pages of your site, right click on the block and enable the Show on All Pages option.
