Chatra allows you to chat with your customers, view the list of customers who are currently online on your store and start a conversation manually or via configurable automatic targeted messages.
Chatra Bot collects contact information when you are offline or unavailable to chat, so that you can get back to customers even if they left your site.
To add the chat widget to your store, sign up with Chatra:
Free one-click registration.
If you already have an account, follow these simple steps:
Settings (menu on the left).
Edit icon on the right.
Server tab, scroll down to Google Analytics Code (If you do not see Google Analytics Code in the Server tab, check the Extensions > Analytics menu).
Google Analytics Code field. If there is another code in the field just paste the Chatra code right after it.
Enabled option from Status menu.
Save icon on the top right.
Extensions → Modules (menu on the left).
install button (“ + ” sign).
Edit button.
Module Name field.
Status menu.
Widget Code field.
Save icon on the top right.
Layout link on the top of the list.
