How to add Chatra to your website

To add the chat widget to your website, sign up with Chatra:

Free one-click registration.

If you already have an account, follow these simple steps:

  1. Go to “Chat Widget” tab and copy the Chatra widget code.
  2. Go to your project at Tilda and add Chatra Widget block (T138) to the page (Block Library → Other → Chatra Widget). Please note that the T138 block is available in the paid version of Tilda only.
  3. Click the “Content” button and add the copied widget code to the field “HTML CODE / WIDGET CODE”.
  4. Click “Save and Close”. The code will appear on your page. Publish the page.
  5. Done!

P.S Please note that you may see the widget code as text on the preview, but everything will work properly after you save and publish the changes.
